Most works undertaken by the company are completed in the South East Region of Victoria including the greater Gippsland region from Cranbourne to Traralgon, Wonthaggi and Phillip Island to Noojee.
The workforce consists of approximately 25 staff in the construction arm of the company including Civil Engineers, Supervisors, Foreman, Mechanics and qualified construction workers. This is supported by loyal subcontractors and a number of casual staff that readily meet peaks in workload during the year.
Sure Constructions uses an Integrated Management System (IMS) which incorporates process, compliance and risk management processes into to a continuous improvement program, ensuring a ‘best practice approach’ in all our business activities.
Our people are our greatest asset and their positive contribution to the job ensures customer satisfaction. We actively involve staff in the creation of company policy and objectives and as a result everyone works as a team toward the best possible outcome for all stakeholders on any project.
We ensure all equipment and machinery used on site is of a high standard and well maintained and to this end employ our own mechanics. In addition all our staff has opportunities to train and improve their personal knowledge or skill level.
