PAKENHAM
TENNIS CENTRE & HENTY PARK DEVELOPMENT
SURE Constructions offer a diverse range of
construction projects including current work on a major world class tennis
centre currently under construction in Pakenham, scheduled for completion in
early 2010. This involves infra structure and drainage works and construction
of the 18 Plexi-pave tennis courts.
Adjacent to this is a new 90 allotment
subdivision involving major outfall drainage to Melbourne Water standard.

CANTERBURY DEVELOPMENT DROUIN
Engaged by local developers, SURE
Construction is currently constructing 68 residential home sites to complete
Stage 1 of ‘Canterbury’
in Drouin.
Fully Project Managed by SURE’s, the works
include drainage, kerb and channel, block levelling, landscaping, creation of
public recreation space and footpaths throughout the development.

INSTALLATION
OF PEDESTRIAN LIGHTS IN THE MAIN
STREET OF DROUIN
With the recent growth of Drouin, the Baw
Baw Shire Council has employed Sure Constructions to install pedestrian lights
in the Main Street.
These works are currently underway.

WONTAHGGI
GATEWAY PROJECT,WHITES
ROAD, WONTHAGGI
On completion, works will provide improved
access for the township
of Wonthaggi, including
major intersection works for access to the proposed Desalination Plant . The
job involves drainage and road widening, recycling of existing pavement and
beautification works.
The cost is $2.1 million funded jointly by
the Bass Coast Shire and the Department of Sustainability & Environment
(DSE).
Proposed completion date of Stage 1 is
October 2009.

MAFFRA ROAD REHABILITATION
Latrobe City Council has engaged SURE Constructions
for rehabilitation works, essentially pavement construction, on 1.2 kilometres
of Maffra Road.

RE-CONSTRUCTION
OF GREY HOUND RACING TRACK
A complete reconstruction of the Grey Hound
Racing Track at Logan
Park in Warragul will
commence in the near future. Sure Constructions have been awarded this job with
an estimated $600,000 budget.
